I ran a quick 6 miler @ 808 pace. I wwa straveling and did not run in a wekk. Felt pretty good!!

Monday, April 6th, 2009I was lazy this weekend and di not run. I had a decent run today. I did a 6 miler at 809 pace. My last 2 miles were pretty fast. Mile 5 and 6 were 750 and 725 per mile.
