PAIN FREE RUN

I had two 5.50 mile runs and they were painfree.  I had an avergae pace of 831 and 816 which was good.

I hope I am on my way back.

My goal is three 6 mile runs per week for 2 weeks with no pain.

I did a nice 5 mile run at 830 pace today.  Once again I felt good and it was pian free.

I hope ti have at least two more 5 milers this week and see how I feel.

I finally did a PAINFREE run.  I did a 5 mile run today and felt great!!  It was a slow and steady pace of 831 per mile.

Not a speed demon but back on my feet.

I am hoping I will feel good tomorrow.

I have not run due to some lingering back pain.  I have been consistent with my cardio and core workouts @ the gym.

I have been on a low glycemic and high protein diet for the last two weeks and I feel great and have lots of energy.

I am slowly going to introduce low glycemic carbs and see how I feel.

I have been off the running and limited to the Elliptical trainer and my core work outs due to intermittent pian in my lower back.

I am trying not to push it and slowly work my way through the issues so to not further injure myself.
