For the first time in over six months I ran two days in a row. I ran 5 miles and then 5.5 miles I felt pretty good. I ran about an 820 pace.Â

Last weekend I was in NYC and did a 5 mile run in Central Park. I felt good but not 100%. My heel was irriatated after the run. It is still very frustrating!!!!
I had a nice 6 mile run in Napa Valley this past weekend.
It was great to be on my feet almost pain free. I am going to build back my running to three times a week and see how my heel feels.
The core training has helped immensely.
