I did a 5.5 mile run on Sunday and felt pretty good. The core training has been very helpful. On Monday I did have some heel pain but not as bad as I did in the past.

Vacation was awesome. I did not run but did the elliptical and core work. My heel is still an issue and I going for some new type of tratment and if it does not work I am going to get a shot of cortisone. This will either fix it permanetly or will let me know I will need to really moderate my running and deal with some pain and discomfort!!
I am leaving for 8 days in Mexico and it could not come soon enough.
I am physically and mentally exhausted and can’t wait to recharge my batteries!!!
