I have been running 2-2.5 mile on the treadmill and feeling good. My foot does not hurt during the run or the next day.
I am hoping to be running outside in the next few weeks.

Last night I ran 2 miles on the treadmill @ 8:00 minute pace. I felt good but my fitness is down a little bit.
I am going to build back to five miles within the next three weeks and then start training outside.
I am going to focus on my core and deep stretching.
I am on my way back!!!
I have began to run on the treadmill. I did a 1.5 miles @ an 8:30 pace. My heel was bothering me so I stopped.
I am going to stay at the 1 mile mak and see how things progress!
VERY FRUSTRATED
Well I am hoping to have abetter and healthier 2008 then I did in 2007.
I have started running on the readmill and did 1 mile almost pain fee.
I am incorporating more core work and cycling in 2008.
