I had 2 or 3 6 mile runs this week where my average per mile has been 744 or lower.
The weight training has really helped my strenght which in turn has brought down my times!!!!

February 1st, 2010The year of running is off to a great start.
I have been gaining spped and strenght.
I did a 9 mile run @ 814 pace. The last 3 miles were 755/732 and 700.
Today I did a 6 miler @ 746 pace and felt good.
It is going to back to doing some racing soon.
FASTEST RUN

Fastest in a year and I felt strong!!!!
RAIN AND MORE RAIN
January 21st, 2010Due to the fierce storms I have been running on the treadmill. I have some good runs and did some hills.
Hoping for clearer weather this weekend to do a long run.
Costa Rica
January 14th, 2010It was awseome running in Costa Rica. Warm weather and some great hill runs.
I did three runs between 5.5 and 6 miles. The hills were steep and the humidity made the runs tough.
Good way to start of the New Year.

Short and Long Run
December 27th, 2009I had a copule of strong 6 mile runs this week and I felt great!!!
They were both @ 8:00 pace.
Today we did a 10.14 mile run. It was great and I felt strong.
We did an 8:21 pace.
2010 will be a greta year for running!!!
Long Run

Last mile was @ 725 pace.
The day before I did a 6 miler.

Long Run
November 30th, 2009Yesterday I did an 8 mile run. The longest in quite some time.
I felt good and did not have any pain the next day.
I ran 820 pace!!!
